SHIPPING POLICY
We want to ensure your shopping experience is seamless from checkout to your doorstep. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping policy within the UK:

Shipping Methods & Times: We offer Standard Delivery (usually 2–7 business days) and Express Delivery (2–4 business days) via trusted UK couriers.

Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We also offer Free Standard Shipping on all UK orders over £50.00.

Every order is packed with care using sturdy, sustainable packaging to ensure your items arrive safely and in pristine condition.

Tracking: As soon as your order is on its way, we will send you a dispatch email with a tracking link so you can monitor its journey.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase! However, if you change your mind or if something isn't quite right, we are here to help. Our policy is designed to give you peace of mind when shopping with us.
1. Right to Cancel & Returns Window
In line with UK consumer protection laws, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and notify us that you wish to return your items for a full refund. Once you have notified us, you have another 14 days to return the items back to us.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original, undamaged packaging with all tags attached.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear and earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
3. How to Start a Return
Returning an item is quick and easy:

Package your items securely and send them to the return address provided by our team.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as Royal Mail Tracked), as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Faulty or damaged items: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a prepaid return label or cover the shipping costs, and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
5. Refunds & Processing Times
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
